A elaboração de um plano de vendas eficaz pode ser uma tarefa bastante complexa. Mais do que definir objectivos é necessária uma estratégia que se traduza em resultados/ crescimento.

Decidimos partilhar algumas sugestões que o poderão ajudar a delinear um plano infalível.

1 – Recompense os seus vendedores através de incentivos e reconheça o seu trabalho sempre que atingirem resultados acima da média. O facto de existir mais em “jogo” cria vendedores motivados.

2 – Aposte em sistemas de informação, que permitam uma gestão diária das seguintes métricas: vendas, distribuição, espaço, merchandising e actividades promocionais a decorrer em loja, só assim poderá quantificar o sucesso do seu plano e perceber se os objectivos estão a ser cumpridos de forma eficaz.

3 – Não dispense a presença de um supervisor de vendas – Uma vez que os vendedores se encontram preparados para colocar em prática o novo plano é necessária a presença de um mentor, que tenha a experiência e capacidade para gerir a equipa de vendas. Desta forma, irá garantir que o plano é cumprido de forma eficaz, corrigindo possíveis erros e inconsistências através do feedback obtido.
